INFORMATION ON RECIPROCITY RIGHT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY WITH RESPECT TO THE CITIZENSHIP OF THE BUYER IN REPUBLIC OF CROATIA - OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD
This information concerning the right to purchase property (houses, flats and construction plots) for nationals who are not Croatian citizens nor nationals of the European Union.
If reciprocity exists in relation to the countries listed below, this means that there is possibility of buying property in Croatia on its own behalf without need for establishing a company in Croatia.
Properties that may be bought are related to houses, apartments and plots but not on agricultural land that can be only bought by Croatian citizens but not nationals of countries where there is reciprocity. The same applies to nationals of the European Union regarding the agricultural land.
