CONCEPTUAL DESIGN is a document that you need to get location permit. It says about where they will be placed on the plot structure and how it will look like (the dimensions and the size of the building, how many floors will have, windows, doors, how many rooms, etc). The conceptual design should not be in conflict with the laws and regional plans, and it is made by the licensed architect. MAJOR PROJECT describe in details all the elements of structure defined in the conceptual design (technical solutions engineer and adapt laws and regulations). It must be in accordance with the conceptual design, it is done by a licensed architect. When building a house of 400 square meters the main project is not necessary to be confirmed by the authority, but must be available on site. For the construction of buildings over 400 square meters the authorisation is required from the certificate authority. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT is a compulsory for all buildings that exceeding 400 sqare meters. By doing it all the technical details of the main project must comply with the construction project. Different parts of the project serve as instructions and operating documents on the site. It is made by a licensed architect. |
