Technical description of the house and construction work:

Construction:
All the structural walls in the cellar have been built with concrete blocks. For the walls of the ground floor and of the floors we have used poroterm d=25cm thermal blocks. The partition walls have been made with hollow bricks d=10cm.
The roof construction and the construction between the floors consist of reinforced concrete slate. The roof covering is bramac. Except for the cellar, all the floors and the roof slate are thermally insulated.
The front is completed with ordinary plaster d=3cm and the final cover is in silicate colour. All the structural and partition walls as well as floors on the ground floor have hydro insulation..
Windows are made of the best quality PVC, trocal, five chambers k1.1, painted in the colour of wood, the window shutters are made of wood and painted in green. The front door, made of PVC trocal, can be locked in five positions. All the carpentry has thermopan glass with measures 4/16/4.
Every window has a 3 cm thick stone ledge. The window sill is the same. All the fences are made of wrought iron. The chimneys are of schiedel type. The range-hood is ventilated. The interior doors have oak frames, with veneered oak wings (doors) in the rooms.
There is 5 cm thick wooden floor in the rooms, made of oak and best quality. The best quality Italian tiles are to be found in the other rooms. The stairs are made of Italian tiles and granite combined. All the sheet-metal construction work is done with painted tin. The external pillars are made of stone, bunja, (glued stone boards) as well as the front of the house.
During the construction we have chosen only the best quality materials and taken great care to preserve the traditional architecture of the area.

Interior equipment and furnishing:
The staircase, the floors on the ground floor and on other floors are covered with very good Italian tiles combined with granite. The terraces, balconies and the floors in the apartment have been covered with tiles except for bedrooms where we will find varnished oak floors.
All interior walls and ceilings have been roughly and smoothly plastered and painted white and white coffee tempera colour. All room doors - their frames - are made of oak and the wings -the doors themselves- are veneered and made of oak. The sanitary equipment is also very good and consists of a toilet, bidet, wash-basin, bath, boiler and there are hookups for a washing machine and a heater.
There are also hookups for the telephone and a digital antenna.

Surroundings:
The green areas around the house have been covered with a 1.9m thick layer of pure soil. The lawn has been completely finished and olive trees have been planted around the house and a green hedge by the wall. The access path is covered with tlakovac (stone cubes) and is finely edged. The car park is also covered with tlakovac.
